Frequently Asked Questions
Can reservations be made without using the website?
Yes. You can call (709) 689-3664 to book your reservation over the phone. Please be advised that if you receive a message manager, leave your name, number and all details about your requested reservation and you will receive a call to confirm the details.
How can I be sure you received my reservation?
All reservations will automatically send you an email confirmation. You will also receive a follow up email 3 days in advance of the show. If you don't receive an email confirmation, please give us a call at (709) 689-3664 to ensure we got your booking.
How do I give my meal selections if I am booking more than one ticket?
If you are booking for more than one person, choose any selection in the options provided and indicate the number of beef/chicken options and the dessert options in the provided comment box in the form. For example: say there are 3 people in your party and 1 person wants chicken, 2 people want beef. Simply type 1 chicken, 2 beef in the main course section of the form.Same would go for dessert. For example: 1 cheesecake, 1 cheesecake no topping, 1 pie. Easy as that!
What if I have a special dietary requirement?
If you have a special requirement, including gluten/lactose free, vegetarian, vegan, or a food allergy, please let us know in the special requirements section of the booking form. We do our best to accommodate any and all special requests. If you have concerns about an allergy, you can call us at (709) 689-3664 to ensure we can accommodate your request.
What ages can you accommodate?
We recommend ages 8 and up due to the length of the show. We want to make sure nobody gets tired and doesn't want to stay for the whole evening. If you have children in your party, we usually accommodate them with a "half meal" so it isn't too much food for them. Please give us a call if you are unsure or have other questions about having your child attend a show.
What time does the show start/how long does it run?
Doors open at 6:30 pm with show to start at 7:00 pm. This gives you lots of time to be seated, get a drink at the bar if you like, chat and enjoy your bread and salad course! The shows run until approximately 9:30 pm.
Is there a bar on site?
Yes. There is a bar located in the back of the hall with all proceeds going to the Elks Club. The bar is CASH ONLY at this time.

How do I book if I want to pay in person?
The process to book and pay on site is just as simple as if you wish to pay online. Fill out the form including all required fields and in the payment option select "Cash Payment". This will book your reservation and let us know that you wish to pay following the performance. If you are paying in person, the options are cash, debit or credit card. We are excited to be able to accept debit as of summer 2023!
